This interactive one-day virtual course explores how to design and implement occupation-centred tiered working within children’s community occupational therapy services.
The course is followed bytwo facilitated action learning sets, providing structuredsupport to embed learning and sustain meaningful service transformation.
Course Outcomes
By the end of the programme, participants will:
- Develop a clear understanding of tiered working and howto maximise impactwithin limited resources,
- Identify practical strategies to ensure occupation-centred practice across alltiers of service delivery,

Sharon Tuppeny is an occupational therapist with over 30 years’experience working inand alongside children’s therapy services.
She has held leadership and management roles within the NHS and has supportedchildren’s services across England and Northern Ireland to redesign and implementevidence-based tiered working models.
